Navigating big transitions such as grief, a breakup, a career change, a move or any personal transformation can require us to call on extra support. It takes many pounds of plant material to distill one tiny bottle of essential oil, and a basket full of herbs to make a single smoke wand, so an herbal amulet is a lower impact complement or alternative to our spiritual rituals and practices. We do not need to consume herbs to feel their energy. Wear, carry or gaze at your bottle to reconnect with your intention, and bring in helping hands to co-create with the universe. My "Herbal Ally Amulets" are made in small ceremonial batches for specific intentions- this one is handmade for you. I use herbs I grow in my backyard, organically cultivated herbs, herbs cultivated or wildcrafted by Herbal Underground (www.herbalundergroundnyc.com), and herbs from my CSA share (www.sawmillherbfarm.com).
 
This particular Herbal Ally Amulet was formulated and designed with the intention of supporting you as you work through grief/trauma that you feel in the heart. It contains elecampane (Inula helenium), calendula (Calendula officinalis), motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), lavender (Lavendula agustifolia) and hemlock (Tsuga canadensis). This harmonious blend aims to soothe, anchor, ground, comfort, and stabilize as its wearer expands– held in compassion.
